Please note that we strongly recommend that register your domain separately at a different provider. In other words, your domain and hosting plan should be done by two different companies. From our experience, this has helped to reduce chances of the domain being held hostage by the hosting provider and also gives you the freedom to move to a new hosting provider if you happen to dislike the current hosting provider at a later time. #3 Build a website
Lastly, you need to have your website designed. You can either use the web-builder template from your web hosting plan, you can build your own using software like Dreamweaver or hire a professional to get a unique design. If you create or pay somebody to design, you will then have to upload the design files to you web hosting server via FTP.
